Introduction

Last updated: July 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of TimeERP, an enterprise cloud ERP platform operated by Law Seva Management Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

TimeERP serves businesses in Construction, Real Estate, MSME, and CA firms with modules including HRMS, CRM, payroll, projects, billing, and documents. By visiting our website, requesting a demo, contacting sales, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using TimeERP on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "TimeERP" means the cloud ERP software, website, demos, help center, and related services we provide.
  • "Customer" means the business entity that subscribes to or is authorized to use TimeERP.
  • "User" means any individual granted access to a Customer account, including administrators and employees.
  • "Customer Data" means information, files, and records uploaded or entered into TimeERP by or on behalf of a Customer.
  • "Subscription" means the paid or trial access plan selected for TimeERP, as described on our Pricing page or in a custom quote.

Eligibility

TimeERP is a business platform intended for organizations and authorized professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to create or manage an account.

By using TimeERP, you confirm that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and that you will not provide access to individuals who are not authorized by your organization.

User Accounts

Account access is provisioned by your organization or our sales team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Customers should assign roles appropriately using TimeERP's role-based access controls. Notify us promptly via Contact Sales or the Help Center if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Provide accurate registration and billing information
  • Keep user lists current when employees join or leave
  • Do not share accounts across individuals

Acceptable Use

You may use TimeERP only for lawful business operations aligned with the modules enabled for your subscription—such as managing HR, CRM, projects, payroll, billing, and documents within your organization.

You agree to use the platform responsibly, respect the rights of others, and follow any usage guidelines provided in onboarding, documentation, or support communications.

Prohibited Activities

You must not misuse TimeERP or interfere with its operation. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, or unlawful content
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security or usage limits
  • Using the service to send spam or harass others
  • Reselling or sublicensing access except as expressly permitted in writing

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe prohibited activity has occurred.

Subscription

TimeERP is offered on subscription plans such as Essentials, Pro, and Business, as shown on our Pricing page. Features and module availability may vary by plan.

Custom deployments or enterprise requirements may be covered by a separate quote via Get a Quote. Subscription term, user limits, and included modules are as agreed at the time of purchase or renewal.

Billing

Fees are billed according to your selected plan and any add-ons agreed with our sales team. Invoices will reflect the pricing, billing cycle, and taxes applicable at the time of billing.

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms at then-current rates unless you cancel or change your plan before the renewal date.

Payments

Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated during onboarding or on your invoice. You agree to pay all fees when due and to keep billing contact details up to date.

Late or failed payments may result in restricted access until the account is brought current. We may charge interest or recovery costs where permitted by law and your agreement.

For billing questions or to update payment details, contact our team through Contact Sales.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in your commercial agreement with us.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly with invoice details. We will review good-faith requests in line with our billing practices and any signed contract terms.

Intellectual Property

TimeERP, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and website content, is owned by Law Seva Management Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of TimeERP to you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform except as expressly permitted under your license.

Software License

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TimeERP for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

This license covers authorized Users within your organization and the modules included in your plan. Additional users or modules may require an upgrade or separate agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate access as provided in your agreement or by giving notice in accordance with billing terms. You may request account closure by contacting our team.

Upon termination, your license ends and access may be disabled. We may retain or delete Customer Data according to our retention practices, applicable law, and any data-export window agreed at termination.
