Inventory Management Software

TimeERP inventory management software tracks stock, item masters, warehouses, purchase orders, goods receipt, transfers, batch and serial numbers, reorder levels, and low-stock alerts. It is for businesses that need stock and purchasing in the same platform as projects and billing.

How stock moves through TimeERP

Inventory starts with the item, then follows the purchase until the quantity sits in a warehouse. The page below lists the same actions. This is the order they happen in.

Set the item and the warehouse

Item Master names what you stock. Warehouses say where it sits. Stock Overview is the quantity you can see after those two exist.

Buy it and receive it

A purchase order asks for the goods. Goods receipt records that they arrived. Until receipt, the order is not stock on hand.

Move it, then watch the level

Transfers move quantity between warehouses. Batch and serial numbers keep a traced unit distinct from a plain quantity. Reorder levels and low-stock alerts flag when that quantity falls to the point you set.

Connect the stock to the bill

Purchasing and client billing meet in billing software. Material that belongs to a job can sit beside project management. Supporting papers can sit in Document Vault.
